02/18/2023 Autodeals Estimated Floor Plan Expenses

Autodeals dealer management now includes a Floorplan Expense enhancement that automatically computes estimated floor plan expenses in real time for any Deals being worked on the vehicle. The solution already included the Vehicle Expenses, Fees and previously paid floor plan fees. Now the solution has even more accurate commissions since the estimated floor plan expenses due the day of the contract are included in the Deal profitability in real time.

09/29/2023 TradeIn Placeholder Enhancement

Dealers can now add a placeholder TRADE-IN to any deal and add the allowance/ACV value, prior to getting the VIN. This enhancement eliminates the original requirement to have the VIN prior to working the deal.

08/30/2023 Bulk Vehicle Pricing Tool

Bulk Vehicle Pricing tool has been added under Tools. This allows managers to update all vehicle pricing in one view.

07/31/2023 New Top Menu and Navigation Bars

Autodeals presents a new TOP Menu with updated green-Category, blue-Action, and orange-Forms navigation menus. The update should make it easier to use Autodeals by making the menu links easier to find and click. Users must clear their Browser Cache.

07/10/2023 Multi-Factor Authentication Available

Autodeals has added multi-factor authentication for Dealers requiring the extra level of security. This feature is available in version 2.0 of our software as a service solution.

06/21/2023 Secure Access to Media

Improved security added to text and email attachments under Messages and CHAT. Update meets service provider security upgrades due in July 2023.

05/29/2023 Lender Portal Upgraded

Upgraded the Lender Portal to support all the unique registration fees, contract fees, and aftermarket products currently supported by the Autodeals dealer management system.
